Appointments for new patients can be made by you, but you do need a referral letter from your GP, Optometrist or another specialist in order to receive the maximum Medicare rebate.
Existing patients can also make a review appointment by completing the following online form. You will always require a current referral, as above, to receive the maximum Medicare rebate, even for review appointments. Referrals expire, please ask if yours is current.
