Appointments for new patients can be made by you calling the clinic, it is often handy to have your referral letter with you, so you can state the reason for the appointment.

Existing patients can also make a review appointment by completing the following online form. You will always require a current referral, as above, to receive the maximum Medicare rebate, even for review appointments. Referrals expire, please ask if yours is current.

To make an appointment, you, or someone on your behalf, can contact us by phone or complete our online enquiry form. Once we receive your enquiry, one of our team members will contact you shortly to help arrange an appointment with the most appropriate ophthalmologist for your needs.
